The room was big enough for us. I wouldn't stay right at the top of the hotel again as there were far too many steps to get up. The staff were very welcoming and nice. They helped me with purchasing parking. It was close to everything we needed. Pool table was good. The drinks were a little on the expensive side.
Friendly and warm welcome by the owners and property was clean throughout. tea and coffee was provided also clean towels,the cleaner was very friendly too and asked if we needed any top ups in the room and the location was spot on. We will return Thank you for your friendly and inviting hospitality.
Stayed over one night would not say luxury hotel but the price is good for clean nice room comfortable bed clean white sheets shower close to all things on front promenade entrance of hall could do with an update no bar closed looked like a storage room but noisy at night guest in rooms did not have breakfast did not see staff only when booking in if the hall was updated and bar and lounge opened front entrance done nice then yes May say good
Lovely hotel good value for money clean rooms , bar hardly opens when it does shuts at 9 , a party was staying in hotel very load for two days playing music and were totally drunk thought staff could have been on hand at 3 am in morning to put a stop to it , but apart from that the hotel is worth a stay
The welcome was friendly and check-in was easy, which was a good start. The rooms are very dated and in need of a refresh. On the plus side it’s cheap, clean enough, and very handy for the town centre — Blackpool Tower is less than a 10-minute walk away, so the location is genuinely useful if you’re out and about most of the day. Overall: fine if you just need somewhere inexpensive to sleep in a central location, but don’t expect luxury.
Wont be going to another hotel in blackpool. This is officially our favourite one we have been to, it's the most cleanest one we have been to, all the staff are lovely and willing to do anything to make the customers happy! Cheap and cheerful! Recommend to everyone suited for all!
Lovely stay . Rooms extremely clean and tidy. Has everything you need for your stay . Staff are beautiful people and so welcoming. Great location. Stayed with a baby and there was plenty of room for the travel cot in the room . Will see you all again soon . Thank you
